In todays business environment, people want to be treated properly... and they want YOU to do more for them.
Not just customer service - which seems to be at its lowest level ever based on my past weeks experience. They want you to do-it-for-them as well.
Is there any possible way that you can add a do-it-for-you package to your offerings?
For example, in the marketing field, many clients are tired of hiring consultants or coaches. The advice is great - but the implementation of that advice is a challenge. Time takes over, business issues take the front seat - and that wonderful advice just never gets implemented.
Business owners have great intentions when they hire the experts - but they want more now than ever before - and most coaches/consultants just can't provide what businesses are looking for.
I partnered up with another direct marketer this year to address this problem.

Find ways to do it for them - and they will pay for the help.
Think on it... it is worth an afternoon locked away from distractions to find ways to provide this. Your clients want it - will you be the one that provides it, or will your competitors beat you to it?
